Exchange & Returns
If you would like to return your purchase items, kindly follow the procedures below :
1. Please contact our Customer Service at (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days with your details:
• Full name
• Order Number
2. We will in return EMAIL you a Return Authorization (RA) tracking number as reference. Kindly print out the RA number and enclosed together with the parcel.
3. It will take 10 working days to process. Our customer Service staff will keep you updated.
4. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all security tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or with the security tag removed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. All items returned must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unidentified returns will also be returned to the sender.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
We prefer that items are returned to us via SKYNET Delivery to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. Our address for all returns is 119, Jalan Maarof, Taman Bangsar, 59000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and we request that you contact us at email@example.com in relation to such returns. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned through SKY NET Delivery.
Faulty goods: Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we will only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
5. Refund will be credited to you through the ORIGINAL method used.
